Main responsibilities

• Rotate through various business units (e.g., finance, operations, marketing, or IT) to understand company-wide workflows.
• Assist team leads with daily tasks, research, data analysis, and cross-functional projects.
• Work closely with assigned mentors or senior staff to learn company policies, culture, and systems.
• Complete assigned training, workshops, and performance assessments.
• Document learning milestones, present project findings, and seek regular feedback from supervisors.
