Main responsibilities

  • የምግብ ዝግጅት ስራዎችን ለዋናዉ ሼፍ በማገዝ ማከናወን
  • የምግብ ዝግጅት ቦታዎችን ዕቃዎችንና መሳሪያዎችን ንጹህ ማድረግ
  • የደንበኞችን የምግብ ትዕዛዝ በፍጥነትና በትክክል ማዘጋጀት
  • የምግብ ንጽህናና የጤና ደህንነት መመሪያዎችን መተግበር
  • የምግብ ግብዓቶችን አጠቃቀም መቆጣጠርና ብክነትን መቀነስ
  • የምግብ ግብዓቶች ክምችት ሲያንስ ለኃላፊዉ ሪፖርት ማድረግ
