EVolve Businesses Group is hiring a Head of Import & Export in Addis Ababa. The role is a full‑time, onsite position and requires a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or Marketing and at least four years of experience. Main responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end maritime, air, and land freight logistics lines
  • Process trade finance documents (Letters of Credit, CAD …) with banks
  • Enforce absolute structural compliance with local customs regulations
  • Speed up clearing at Port to completely eliminate demurrage fees
  • Mitigate global risks including exchange rate volatility and transit disruptions
  • Audit and evaluate global vendor KPIs and lead times
