Requirements
- 6–8 years of relevant internal audit experience.
- Strong hands‑on experience conducting operational, process, and internal control audits.
Nice to have
- Professional certification such as CIA, ACCA, CPA, CISA, or equivalent is preferred.
- Additional training or certification in internal audit, risk management, or compliance is an advantage.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing company is required, preferably within a steel factory, metal manufacturing, or similar process/industrial manufacturing environment.
Main responsibilities
- Conduct risk‑based internal audits across manufacturing, plant operations, finance, procurement, inventory, supply chain, HR, and other business functions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, policies, procedures, and operational processes.
