National Election Board of Ethiopia (NEBE) is hiring five Junior Finance Expert II positions in Nekemte, Adama, Jigjiga, Debre Birhan, Jimma, and Addis Ababa. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, economics, or Business and 1–3 years of experience. Applications close on 24 October 2026.
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's in Accounting & Finance, economics, Business, or related field
- Knowledge of financial rules and regulations
- Knowledge of tax laws
- Knowledge of Internal implementation/regulation of the organization
- Knowledge of Payroll preparation
Main responsibilities
- Preparing payments and issuing invoices
- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly financial reports
- Processing the settlement of advance payments for employees and purchasers
- Follow up of the cashier's transaction and settlement for the advance
- Assist in document preparation for audit
