EcoGreen Organic Liquid Fertilizer Producing PLC is hiring a Project Assistant in Addis Ababa. Main responsibilities
- Maintain and update the Master Transformation Tracker (using Excel/Google Sheets/ERP) on a daily basis.
- Track milestones, deadlines, and deliverables for the 5 expansion pillars (Expansion, Operations, HR, Governance, Partnerships).
- Follow up professionally with department heads (Factory, Finance, HR) to collect status updates and evidence of completed tasks.
- Flag overdue tasks or bottlenecks to the Project Manager immediately.
- Assist in formatting grant proposals, concept notes, and presentations (making sure documents look professional and meet funder guidelines).
- Organize and maintain the digital "Data Room" for investors and donors (audited financials, company profiles, valuation reports).
