AL – ALSA Trading PLC is hiring a Purchasing/Procurement in Addis Ababa. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience. Applications close on 29 October 2026.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Purchasing/Procurement & Supplies Management/Accounting or related field.
• Diving license
• Strong understanding of Purchasing principles and processes
• Experience with Purchasing systems

Nice to have

• Analytical and have the ability to solve purchasing and inventory related problems
• Strong data entry skills

Main responsibilities

• Raise Purchase Orders in line with business rules
• Ensure Purchase Orders are approved in line with business rules
• Receipt Purchase Order based on an approved goods receipt note/delivery documents.
• Request credit notes from suppliers and send to Accounts Payable for processing
• Establish sound relationships with suppliers, ensure lead times are met and expedite outstanding orders
• Drive continues improvement across Purchasing process
