New paradigm consulting PLC is hiring a Senior Internal Auditor in Addis Ababa. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing and between five to seven years of experience. Applications close on 29 November 2026.

- CIA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional certification is an advantage
Main responsibilities
- Conduct risk-based audits of financial, operational, technology, and business processes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance systems.
- Review compliance with applicable laws, regulations, directives, and internal policies.
- Assess payment transactions, settlement and reconciliation processes, merchant operations, and technology-related controls.
- Identify control weaknesses, irregularities, fraud risks, and operational inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare audit plans, working papers, findings, and comprehensive audit reports.
