Job Description

Essential Function
- Performs valuation of buildings for collateral, project finance and foreclosure ;
- Prepares specifications, bill of quantity for buildings;
- Carries out site visits to assigned building projects;
- Participates in the appraisal and follow up of projects;
- Assists in the supervision and contract administration activities of projects launched by the Bank;
- Compiles data and prepares project appraisal or follow up reports;
- Assists in renovation and office layout works;
- Maker checker responsibility, if necessary.
- Performs other engineering related duties as required
Job Requirement
- BSc in Degree in civil engineering, construction technology and management and other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in banking industry
Place of Work : Bahir Dar District and Hawassa District
