Key accountabilities

·       Assist in the recruitment and selection by contact candidates, preparing contracts etc,

·       Management of FO staffs files/ documentation,

·       Follow up renewal of contracts,

·       Assist in registering new employees on HRIS,

·       Act as ER Admin of the FO,

·       Prepare Annual leave balance Report on time,

·       Update staff Data base

·        File and Documentation every day,

·       responsible for sending employees personal file/document to CO on time

·       Follow up of pension updates with the responsible office

·       Vacant post the jobs offered by the organization and collect CV according to the requirement and inter the required information to the database.

·       Arrange annual meetings for the staff per annum

·       Perform other related duties as required

Job Requirements


·       Diploma/Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or Public Administration;

·       At least 4 years for diploma/2 years for BA degree holder and working on INGOs is an asset

·       Computer skills, especially Microsoft Office, Excel and HRIS soft ware

·       Reasonable level of proficiency to read, write and communicate in English

·       Excellent communication & interpersonal skill

·       Broad understanding programs management and operations

·       Ability to work independently and take personal initiative
