The Human resource Director is responsible for Implementing of the HR strategy and initiatives aligned with the overall organization strategy. Responsible to lead strategically the HR & Administration activity of the company
Job Requirements
- The candidates are required to have MBA MA/BA degree in Human Resource Management , Leadership , Management and Law
- 12/15 years of relevant working experience out of which 6/8 years ‘experience in managerial position preferably in construction/ real estate sector or corporate companies
- Proven Experience on Training and Development;
- Good exposure of modern human resource management system implementation;Excellent Knowledge of Ethiopian labor law and its application
- Excellent Managerial & Supervisory skills;
- Knowledge of relevant Computer System and software such as MS office applications and other HR software;
- Good knowledge of Ethiopian labor law
