We’re on the lookout for an experienced  HR Coordinator  with 1-3 years Human Resources experience in retail/FMCG.

As an HR Officer you will be responsible for:

• Effective recruitment, selection and on boarding administration
• Effective IR administration
• Effective general administration, data management and reporting
• Effective teamwork and self-management
• Effective performance management and training and development administration (as required in role)

What are we looking for?

To qualify for this role, you should have:

• 1-3 years Human Resources experience in retail/FMCG
• Completed Degree / Diploma in HR
• Strong Communication skills
• Customer focused
• Good planning
• Organisational and analytical skills
• Have methodical approach with an ability to work under pressure
• Builds appropriate professional relationships with employees and line managers
• Can be able to work in an organisation that is constantly changing due to development and growth
• Appreciates and understands the need for confidentiality in dealing with all HR functions
