Skygate Duty Free  is seeking qualified, motivated, and experienced professionals to join our growing team in the following position

Import Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and follow up on import shipments from order placement through customs clearance and delivery.
• Prepare and verify import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and customs documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs authorities, and relevant stakeholders.
• Track shipments and ensure timely clearance and delivery.
• Maintain accurate import records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable customs and import regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in import operations, preferably in retail, duty-free, or FMCG.
• Good knowledge of import procedures and customs documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Good communication and computer skills.
