POSITION SUMMARY:

The purpose of this role is to Assisting HR officer & HR Admin Manager with generalist HR matters, providing confidential staff personal documents and assistance, Managing and maintaining contracts, personnel files and other employee information.  

 Duties and Responsibilities

Ø  Assisting senior HR officer & HR Admin Manager with generalist HR matters, including reviewing and developing relevant organizational Policies and Procedures and providing advice in relation to employee performance, Recruiting, conduct and absence management

Ø  Providing confidential staff personal documents and assistance

Ø  Assisting with preparations for disciplinary and grievance hearings as necessary

Ø  Administration, co-ordination, document preparation and support of the organization staff recruitment

Ø   Managing and maintaining contracts, personnel files and other employee information

Ø   Developing an induction programme for new employees 

Ø  Coordinating and administering the organization training and development programmes and liaising with external training bodies as required.

Ø  Administration and co-ordination of internal training programmes 

Ø  Developing and managing employee-related programmes, such as work experience and internships

Ø  Managing and controlling staff Daily Attendance sheet  

Ø  Keep record of all organization staff personal files

Ø  Controlling and reporting all staff members’ Annual leaves

Ø  Handling minutes in meeting if its necessary

Ø   Providing support in relation to the administration and processing of newly recruited employee fulfilling of necessary forms

Ø   Providing administrative support as required, including in respect of the eligibility to work records and audits

Ø  Fulfilment of additional duties as required  

Job Requirements

1)    Degree in the field of Business Administration or Management

2)    1-2 years of experience

3)    Excellent communication skills
