• Qualifications: A minimum of BA/BSC preferably MA/MBA/MSC degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Human Resource Management, Management, Leadership, Business Administration or related field of discipline
• Experience: Must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience with at least 4-years’ service at supervisory or managerial level of which at least 2 years in Human Resource Management and Human Resource Development areas. • Banking experience will be advantageous |
