National Transport PLC is hiring two Senior Property Administration Officers in Adama & Lemi, Amhara. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in property management, asset management, logistics and supply chain management, management or accounting and finance and at least three years of experience. Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in property administration, fixed asset management, inventory control, or asset management.
- Strong experience using ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Oracle).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and asset management systems.
Main responsibilities
- Maintain an up-to-date register of company properties, including buildings, land, vehicles, equipment, furniture, and other fixed assets.
- Ensure proper identification, registration, documentation, and tagging of company properties.
- Monitor the use, condition, and location of assets, and report losses, damage, misuse, or unauthorized transfers.
- Conduct periodic physical inspections and verification of properties, and reconcile findings with asset records.
- Coordinate the allocation, transfer, handover, and return of properties between departments and branches.
- Maintain ownership documents, lease agreements, insurance records, maintenance records, and other relevant files.
