Undertake and facilitate child monitoring, data gathering, CUP taking and Christmas card management on the assigned KA and collaborate with volunteers and partners. Handle and make sure the proper implementation of GNs, Bounce back, Christmas Gift kit money and work with AP staffs for the timely delivery of quality reports to NO, SOs and sponsors accordingly
Take part in TPs activity implementation in collaboration with the AP Project officers and other partners and stakeholders. Take part with AP Child Rights protection and CESP Officers in implementing activities in relation to empowering child Rights Committee, School clubs, child parliament and other child based clubs to ensure that children are mentally developed and acquire necessary skills
Handle and Support Sponsorship 2.0 contents production (CGV, YUV, YUP, YIV, YAP, CSMV, CPA, CGP, etc.) in working closely with TP officers, volunteers, partners and deliver the product as per the plan to enhance boys and girls engagement in the program
Conduct child communication (letters), 2.0 productions and other child monitoring data quality check before it is encoded / uploaded into the system and closely work with translators on translation and timely delivery
Handle new RC growth/replacement/hold reactivation and maintain the AP planned RC by gathering RC data information in collaboration with staffs, volunteers and partners and closely work with system specialists and officers for its timely delivery

Job Requirements
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Minimum education, training and experience requirements to qualify for the position:
- Minimum Qualification required: BA/BSc Degree in English, Psychology, Sociology, Development studies and other related Social Science fields
- Two years and above in Child Sponsorship and/or community based project management skill,
- Other NGO experience is preferred
License, registration, or certification required to perform this position:
Effective in written and verbal communication in English [and Afaan Oromo].
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Technical Skills & Abilities:
- Basic computer skills in Windows, Ms Excel, Word, publisher and power point.
- Proven negotiation skills,
- Fluent writing and spoken English and Afan Oromo.
- Digital imaging skill or enthusiasm
- Other: Good knowledge sponsorship programs is preferred.
Work Environment:
Include travel & work environment details.
Complete Travel and/or Work Environment statements if applicable.
- Office-based with frequent travel to the kebele Administration
- Travel : 80% to Kebele Administration travel is required.
- On AP office 20%
