Position: Talent Acquisition & On Boarding Officer
• The job holder supports AB’s talent acquisition function. This encompasses managing the entire recruitment cycle; college / internship programs; managing the Bank’s employer branding; and other strategic programs to ensure a diverse and well-rounded candidate pipeline. S/he will implement a strategic sourcing plan for attracting high performing professionals.
