Key Responsibilities
- Keep record and filing of import goods from purchase request to the end of foreign currency settlement.
- Record keeping of Containers from tracking to delivery and return
- Communicate and expedite Marine Insurance, Banks, Shipping and with other stakeholders.
- Follow up and report the arrival of import cargo.
- Undertake the activities of customs office at airport and dry ports
- Check and validate the documents for customs procedure.
- Verify fulfillment of documents for customs procedure process and notify the concerned section if documents are missed.
- Register and make tax assessment on customs system after receiving CPO from the client
- Follow up to Minimize customs clearance working days and warehouse charges
- Undertake the customs clearance process and facilitate the logistics at ports
- Follow up of customs rule regulation and update the company accordingly
- Reply to any Customs inquiry and resolve the issue exhaustively.
- Check and verify declaration works done by other staff.
- Integrity and honesty for the task given.
- Provide support to staffs and client whenever required
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- B.A graduate in purchasing, Economics, Accounting and business Administration
- Work experience : more than 2 years and have certificate of competence for Customs clearing agent or as a Transistor.
