Requirements
- Previous experience in transport, logistics, dispatch or operations control.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
Main responsibilities
- Coordinate daily driver assignments, routes and availability
- Monitor live collections and deliveries
- Identify delays and service risks before customers raise them
- Arrange driver cover and resolve operational problems
- Provide customers with accurate, timely updates
- Monitor transport management systems and ensure records are accurate
