Job Description
The Agribusiness Advisor will be responsible for supporting the adoption of Productive Use of Energy (PUE) technologies and Energy services by the small holder farmers, vendors, local entrepreneurs and service providers in the horticulture & dairy value chain. • Project planning • Implementation • Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation, Accountability and Learning • Analysis & Reporting • Project quality assurance • Advisory Services • Network and relationship development • Strategic Positioning and Management • People Management • Business Development • Strategic Scoping • Feedback and Coaching • SNV Internal Organisational Development • Knowledge Development and Learning
Qualifications/Skills
Education and Experience
• Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant disciplines: Agriculture farming systems, Agronomy, or another relevant technical discipline with minimum of 6 years of experience of working in a similar sector; or BSc. degree in the above discipline with minimum of 12 years of practical experience Education Level : Bachelor’s Experience : 10-15 years
