JY Agri Coffee Export PLC. is hiring four Coffee Cupper in Addis Ababa. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in coffee quality, agriculture, or food science and at least two years of experience; the salary is negotiable in ETB. Applications close on 29 November 2026.
Nice to have

- Familiarity with Ethiopian coffee grading standards and international coffee quality requirements
- Good command of English and Amharic
Main responsibilities
- Evaluate the aroma, flavor, acidity, body, and overall quality of coffee samples using standard cupping procedures.
- Conduct coffee cupping sessions and prepare accurate cupping reports.
- Identify coffee defects and recommend quality improvements.
- Classify and grade coffee according to company and industry standards.
- Maintain cupping equipment and ensure cleanliness of the cupping laboratory.
- Keep accurate records of cupping results and quality assessments.
