Ethiopian Tourist Trading is hiring a Custom (Costume) & Fit out Officer in Addis Ababa on a full‑time basis. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile design, Interior Design or Fine arts and at least 3 years of experience. Applications close on 4 November 2026.

- BSc Degree and above in Fashion Design, Textile design, Interior Design and Fine arts
Main responsibilities
- Meets with clients to identify goals and requirements for the space to be designed and outlines client design objectives
- Collaborates with other experts to achieve the functional and aesthetic needs of the space
- Analyses how people operate and move in the space, as well as patterns of use
- Conduct extensive research into fashion and costume history, as well as cultural, societal and geographic considerations Sketch preliminary designs for costumes and present ideas to the concerned higher officials and production team Create detailed final designs, including fabrics, colors and accessories
