Main responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential clients through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and other lead-generation strategies.
- Promote and market available real estate properties to prospective buyers and investors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and property buyers.
- Understand clients’ property requirements, budgets, and preferences and recommend suitable properties.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, site visits, and client presentations.
- Provide clients with accurate information regarding property features, prices, locations, and terms of sale.
