Jsi Research & Training Institute, Inc is hiring a Senior Digital Health and AI Consultant in Addis Ababa on an onsite consultancy basis. The role requires a master’s degree in Information Systems, Health Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science or Public Health and 8 to 12 years of experience. Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of senior‑level experience in digital health, health informatics, or health technology implementation

Nice to have

• Experience working directly with the Ethiopian Ministry of Health, EAII, and other key national stakeholders is a plus
• Demonstrated experience in artificial intelligence applications, data science, or emerging technologies (experience with LLMs and prompt engineering is highly preferred)

Main responsibilities

• Provide managerial and technical thought leadership for key digital health initiatives across the Ethiopian health sector.
