Main responsibilities
- Implement and roll out new modules and features within the in-house ERP system
- Work closely with internal departments (Finance, HR, Operations, Sales) to understand business needs
- Configure and optimize Odoo modules based on internal requirements
- Provide ongoing support to internal users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Analyze system usage and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency
- Coordinate with the development team for bug fixes, upgrades, and enhancements
