Requirements
- TVET Certificate in Food Preparation, Level III or IV certificate in food preparation
Main responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present international and local meals according to set menus
- Plan and execute food services for events and large-scale catering
- Ensure timely preparation and service of meals for large groups
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
- Ensure strict compliance with food hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
- Manage kitchen operations during events and peak service times
Skills
