MBF Investment Group PLC is hiring a finishing foreman in Addis Ababa. The role requires a TVET level degree in Building Construction or Civil Engineering and at least five years of experience. Applications close on 13 November 2026.

Requirements

• Diploma or TVET Level IV/III in Building Construction, Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in building finishing works
• Strong knowledge of building finishing methods, materials, and quality standards
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Main responsibilities

• Ensure all finishing works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Monitor daily work progress and ensure project schedules are achieved
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Inspect completed works and rectify defects before handover
• Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage
• Enforce workplace safety and company policies on site
