Tibeb Design & Build PLC is hiring two Grade Checker (Road Construction) positions in Addis Ababa. The role requires a junior level with 1-3 years of experience and is onsite full time.

Main responsibilities

• Check road formation levels, gradients, cross-falls, and elevations according to approved drawings.
• Guide grader operators during subgrade, subbase, base course, and embankment works.
• Check road alignment, widths, slopes, and thicknesses of pavement layers.
• Coordinate with surveyors and site engineers to ensure accurate levels and profiles.
• Monitor spreading, leveling, and compaction of construction materials.
