Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Plastic Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in plastic manufacturing or production operations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong technical knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes
• Strong production planning, organizational, and analytical skills

Main responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily plastic production activities.
• Manage and optimize plastic manufacturing processes, including injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, or other relevant processes used by the company.
• Ensure production targets, product quality standards, and delivery schedules are consistently met.
• Supervise, train, and motivate production employees to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor raw material usage, inventory, production costs, and waste reduction.
• Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and efficient utilization of production machinery and equipment.
