Repi Soap & Detergent PLC is hiring a production team leader in Addis Ababa. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering and three to five years of experience. Applications close on 26 November 2026.
Requirements
- BSC in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other related field of study
- Minimum 4-7 years’ experience in an FMCG industry out of which two years in Team Leader or equivalent capacity
Main responsibilities
- Scheduling of production considered the installed and achievable capacity
- Review and take corrective action when shortages are predicted
- Work with production planner to draw weekly and monthly production schedules
- Ensured the quality and quantity of products meet expectation
- Coach Line technicians & operators in maintenance and operation of equipment
