Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and make authorized cash payments.
• Prepare cash receipts and payment documents.
• Maintain accurate cash records.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation.
• Manage petty cash according to approved procedures.
• Deposit collections into the company bank account as instructed.
• Safeguard cash and financial documents.
• Prepare daily cash reports.
• Coordinate with accounting and finance.
• Report cash shortages, excesses, or irregularities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field.
• Relevant professional registration/certification is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction/site engineering experience.

Minimum Computer / Software Requirement

• AutoCAD and related engineering software knowledge is mandatory.
• Basic computer skills are mandatory.

Required Skills
