Job Mission
Interact with customers in a professional, friendly, and empathetic manner. Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively. Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures. Assist customers in selecting the right products or services based on their needs. Identify and assess customer issues or problems and provide appropriate solutions. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant department or supervisor. Follow up with customers to ensure that their concerns have been resolved satisfactorily. Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Major Duties and Responsibilities

Pay cash to all types of transactions within his/her limit.

Attend customers at the counter properly and with due respect.

Process customers’ account opening and perform cross selling activities of bank’s products.

Scan customers’ and authorized staffs’ signatures and photograph.

Receive cash from all types of transactions within the branch.

Post all type of business transactions.

Prepare cash and non-cash tickets/instrument.
-
Process clearance of negotiable instrument.
-
 Reconcile, settle suspense accounts and produce periodic report of accounts balance.
Job Requirements
Qualification
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience
-
Two (2) years of Banking Operations experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous
