The jobholder is responsible to ensure the desired service quality standard of the Bank is set and assures that consistent service quality is delivered for Bank’s customers. The jobholder is also responsible to ensure the contact center service of the bank is working as per the policy and procedure of the Bank. The jobholder will identify, develop, deploy and retain staff within the Bank through effective talent management.
