Main tasks : Managing the HR activities of the company. Including Hiring of employees, payrolling, disciplinary measures, evaluations, implementation of quality management system (certification).
Conditions of Employment : probation period during the first 45 days, contract for indefinite period.
- Degree in business management
- Good spoken English and written English
- Good spoken and written Amharic
- A minimum of 2 years in a function related to HR in agricultural or horticultural company.
