Job Purpose
To Execution and monitoring of daily warehousing activities on the system.
Responsibilities
Manage Inbound /Goods Receipt for RM and FG/ Outbound (Picking to Factory /Invoicing)
- Manage Internal Warehouse Processes (Stock Count, Stock Status)
- Support on Go-Live Preparation activities and Hands-on Support during Go-Live Manage daily moving stock to Warehouse Secures exchange of documentation/information between the company and service provider/s;
- Responsible for delivery of accurate warehousing KPIs;
- Stock reconciliation (periodically) Exchange documents btw UL with 3PLPL (write-offs, credit notes stock movements)
- Understands operational capabilities and processes of warehouse services providers Specific KPIs (e.g.: cost targets, on time loading/unloading, physical stock accuracy, warehouse damages, inventory loss, etc.)
Job Requirements
Customer Service Orientation 1- 2 Years in Supply Chain operations Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
