• Experience: At least five years’ experience as sous chef or chef d’partie in a three or four-star hotel.

• Language proficiency: Good command of spoken and written English is required.
• Computer skills: Command of computer applications (Microsoft office package).
• Industry knowledge: Good hospitality industry and hotel product knowledge, working knowledge of HACCP and OSHA standards.
