Job Title: Head – POS Support Section
• The purposes of this job is to plan, organize, and direct the operations of POS Support section; to direct, organize, Coordinate and Control the overall activities of the section; to Identify & propose new Potential POS machine locations; to follow-up the proper functionality and minimize the down time of POS machines; and to ensure smoothen POS service by operating and troubleshooting card banking services.

Educational Qualification Required:
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, MIS or other related fields.
Minimum Work Experience
• 6 years of relevant experience of which 2 years as Senior Officer or in equivalent position.
• Ability to analyze incidents, logs and issues
• Ability to plan and report activities
• Certifications in scripting languages, database management.
• Ability to prioritize and solve problems
• Ability to manage teams and complaints from Users.
