Juntu Technology Trading PLC is hiring one Human Resource Manager in Addis ababa. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Management or Business Administration and 2 to 4 years of experience. Main responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, contracts, and HR files.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Ensure compliance with the national labour law, tax, and pension regulations.
- Support performance appraisal processes and follow up on evaluation outcomes.
- Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters in line with company policy.
