Sun Jun Bo Furniture Production is hiring a human resources manager in Addis Ababa. Requirements

- Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.
Main responsibilities
- Training & Development: Organize new employee orientation and assist departments in conducting service skills training to enhance overall service quality.
- Attendance & Compliance: Manage employee attendance, leave, and labor contracts, ensuring HR operations comply with Ethiopian labor laws.
- Policies & Records: Establish hotel HR policies and properly manage employee personnel files and social security affairs.
