Main responsibilities
- Assist in implementing the organization's performance management policies, procedures, and systems.
- Support the preparation and implementation of annual and quarterly employee performance plans.
- Assist departments and work units in developing individual and team performance objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor and follow up on the implementation of employee performance plans.
- Collect, review, and consolidate employee performance evaluation results.
- Assist in identifying performance gaps and recommending improvement measures.
