World Vision Ethiopia is hiring a Community Safety & wellbeing Officer in Tigray. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in peace, development, social work, sociology, or psychology and at least two years of experience. Applications close on 30 October 2026.
Requirements
- At least two years relevant work experience for masters and three for first degree in peacebuilding
- Knowledge and experience on Protection and humanitarian response programming is an asset
- Knowledge and ability to implement integrated community-based peacebuilding programming, including conflict sensitivity, social cohesion and Protection programmes
- Experience working with children, youth, women and faith leaders
- Knowledge of and ability to integrate peacebuilding with different sector
Nice to have
- English and knowledge of local language is advantageous
