Main responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, software, and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain and monitor local area networks (LANs), internet connections, and other network infrastructure.
- Install software updates, security patches, and antivirus programs to protect organizational systems.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and basic system administration tasks.
- Monitor the performance and availability of IT systems and report technical issues when necessary.
