Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate machinery rental and equipment operation.
- Monitor machinery availability, utilization, and deployment.
- Coordinate allocation to project sites and customers.
- Maintain records of equipment movements and operating hours.
- Monitor fuel consumption and operating costs.
- Coordinate machinery maintenance and repair.
- Follow up rental agreements and customer requirements.
- Coordinate machinery operators and assignments.
- Prepare machinery utilization and performance reports.
- Ensure proper use and safeguarding of machinery.
- Identify opportunities to improve utilization and rental revenue
Requirements & Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Logistics, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in machinery rental, equipment operation, fleet management, construction equipment, or related activities.
Minimum Computer / Software Requirement
- Basic computer skills are mandatory.
