Betup Properties is hiring a Operations & Customer Service Officer in Addis Ababa. The position requires a diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or Real Estate and up to 1 year of experience. The salary is 5000 ETB per month. Applications close on 14 November 2026.

Main responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the company’s properties, services, and available listings.
- Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the company’s systems.
- Coordinate with colleagues and other departments to resolve customer requests and concerns.
- Prepare basic reports and maintain organized records using Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
