Customer Service Officer (Maker) for Branches under Jimma District
Job SummeryThe Customer Service Officer (Maker) is responsible to make front office customer service support at the branch. S/he will handle account maintenance, payment and collection transactions and respond to customer inquiries, handle cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.
Academic & Professional Qualification
Bachelor Degree in a business related field e.g. Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration
Zero (0) year of experience
To be permanently assigned after Six (6) months of intensive training.
Required Technical Competency
Understands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
Good knowledge of Bank’s accounting and procedures.
Ability to respond to basic client inquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications and good command of the core banking system.
