Job Description

Main Roles and Responsibilities

The General Manager, under the general direction and supervision of the Board President is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, leading, controlling and motivating the overall line and staff functions of the association; implementing the vision, mission, goal starting from short-term plans of the association as a whole. Working closely with the Board President and Board members in the drafting and agreeing of strategy and budget versus performance analysis. Leading the Management team, the daily tasks and coordination of association operations. Plays an integral part in association operations, special projects, and has responsibility in developing and maintaining a motivated staff and achieving the set targets by reporting time to time. Collecting annual membership fee, organizing fundraising, supporting & resolving member’s issues, coordinating training & seminar and other core activities of the association. Discussing and coordinating with the government, stakeholders, other associations and stakeholders, governmental and non-governmental organizations and making the association to grow. Handling fully all the activities of the association independently and making the association strong at all times. Reports to the Board president periodically about the overall performance of the association, discharges and executes other overall duties and responsibilities of the association. Working as Board Secretary of the association and Board as required.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum BA degree in Business Administration and related fields and at least 10 years of work experience in Management positions.
  • Minimum in Management & Business Administration (MBA) and related fields and at least 7 years of work experience in Management positions.
  • Has Sound integrity and professional ethics
