Dodai Manufacturing Plc. is hiring a Hardware Supervisor in Addis Ababa. The position requires a diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or closely related fields and one to three years of experience. Applications close on 10 November 2026.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Hardware engineering, RND, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering.
• Experience diagnosing failures involving batteries, motors, controllers, VCUs, displays, chargers, wiring harnesses, sensors and other vehicle electrical systems.
• Familiarity with electrical testing and diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, power supplies and other test instruments.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
• Experience coaching or guiding junior engineers.

Main responsibilities

• Coordinate test activities; review methods and results; ensure evidence is sufficient and actions close.
• Own the overall validation programme, schedule, coverage and readiness evidence for new models and versions.
• Review performance test conclusions and ensure gaps are resolved.
• Coordinate resources for durability and endurance testing, and review failure disposition.
