Job Description

  • Prepare Daily Attendance which is signed by each DI employees.
  • Prepare attendance at the end of the month for payroll.
  • Follows up the cleanliness and attractiveness of areas of Head Quarter, office & tree rooms; advises the subordinate employee
  • Support day to day management of all issues relating to the activities of temporary employees.
  • Provide conduct of orientation programs to communicate terms of work and other information.
  • Provide relevant logistic requirements, Facilitates & fulfills the delivery of General services, e.g., cleaning materials, refreshments, gardening, and other utilities at plant site.
  • Compile information on workhours and expenses (if any) for computation of monthly wages and other allowances.
  • Assigns work to laborers; Registers the finalized work on the job requisition form.
  • Prepares laborers attendance bi-weekly and passes to the clerk for payment purpose.
  • Orders and inspects the laborers to perform their assignments accordingly.
  • Committed to prevention of environmental pollution and create safe and healthy working condition.
  • Oversee administration of wages/ benefits and resolve any associated issues.
  • Respond to enquiries and complaints.
  • Inspects the cleanliness of office and office surroundings Prior to serving, inspects if dining materials, such as dishes, spoons and forks are arranged correctly clean corridors, lobbies, stairways, elevators, and lounges as well as guest rooms.
  • Creates and maintains conducive working environment that enhances workers involvement in achieving organizational objectives.
  • Participate in disciplinary processes as defined in HR policy.
  • Prepare annual budgeted for cleaning materials and wages.
  • Ensure maintenance of an up-to-date database of temporary staff and provide periodic reports on temporary staff strength and activities.
  • Respects & Implement approved HSE policies and procedures.
  • Accomplishing Company policy and other relevant statutory instructions and orders.
  • Adheres to and be guided by the collective labor agreement, internal regulations, and other company policies.
  • Carry out other related duties assigned to him from immediate & higher bosses.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in social fields (Management economics and social fields or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years relevant power plant related experience.
