Job Description

Strawberry Furniture Manufacturing PLC is a furniture manufacturer which produces robust and remarkable furniture products using state-of-the-art technology and materials. We acknowledge our customer’s preferences and produces furniture that ensembles withthe premise’s/building’s/office’s size, color and positioning. We are pleased to come to your premises to measure the spaces and install our customized products. Our company wants to fill the following vacant positions.

Employment Condition: Permanent after 60 days of probation

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards
  • Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances and electronics as required
  • Interviewing and training new office employees and organizing their employment paperwork
  • Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order
  • Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures
  • Managing petty cash

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Work Experience :

  • MA\BA\Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Secretary or Office Administration, and related fields of studies
  • Minimum of 2\4\6 years of work experience in related position.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent leadership, time management and organizational skills
  • Proven excellence as an office assistant, office administrator or in another relevant position
  • Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone
  • Familiarity with common procedures and basic account principles used in the office
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications
